Conference Calling

Tired of paying the monthly WebEx bill? Kablink Conferencing offers similar features and is open source and free. Kablink Conferencing offers an integrated Voice Over IP (VOIP) server that supports conference calling in addition to the online meeting workspace. Our VOIP server can even integrate with your company's phone system so adding non VOIP participants is a snap.

Share Documents

New in Kablink Conferencing 2.0 is the ability to share documents during a real-time meeting. We call this "Madden Mode". Moderators can take any Microsoft or OpenOffice document and share it with meeting participants. Meeting users then have the ability to draw on it just like a whiteboard. This feature is perfect for those quick presentations that always come up during your weekly calls.

Kablink Conferencing records all meetings in Adobe Flash format so that meeting invitees who can't attend a meeting can review it in the future.
